You will automatically receive a confirmation email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct.
A booking made on the website may contain pricing and availability errors and the booking and cost of booking are not guaranteed until they have manually accepted which may take up to 5 working days of making the booking.
Once a manual check has been carried out and as soon as you receive an Accepted Confirmation which means that both the pricing and availability have been checked and accepted, will the booking be accepted for the price paid and availability of a driver and vehicle at the date and time selected.
You will receive an accepted confirmation along with Journey Details in an email when the journey has been manually checked. This will also contain the pick up instructions and the driver’s telephone number. Airport Taxi Bookings will not refund you if you have forgotten to take this with you.
Airport Taxi Bookings does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. Airport Taxi Bookings will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight.
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transportation.
Airport Taxi Bookings does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger’s/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact Airport Taxi Bookings customer services team before booking your journey.
The exact route of your journey is down to the driver’s discretion on the day of travel, alternate routes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, where the mileage or duration significantly changes, alternate routes may incur additional charges, this is calculated on a case by case basis.
Please ensure you give us your arrival dates and times of your arrival into the UK and not your departing information.
If your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible.
Airport Taxi Bookings use their own transport wherever possible but we reserve the right to use third party companies where appropriate.
Reservations made for services on selected dates in the year may attract additional surcharges which will be discussed prior to any bookings being accepted.
POLICIES & NOTICES
All booking changes are required to be made via telephone or email. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the booking changes. You will not be able to make changes to your journey with the driver on the day.
Journey Waiting Time
For all journeys picking up from an airport, Airport Taxi Booking do not charge you for 1 hour of waiting time after the plane lands. Additional waiting time after this period will be charged at £20 per hour.
Airport Taxi Booking prices are based on a calculation of journey distance, time of travel and the total number of passengers present. Airport Taxi Booking reserve the right to supply an alternative upgraded vehicle type from your original booking if the selected vehicle is currently not available.
For all other journeys, waiting time will be charge at £20 per hour from the booked picking time.
We will refuse to provide refunds in the following situations:
– If the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
– For cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours notice provided or afterwards.
All other situations where a refund is possible should be addressed directly with Airport Taxi Bookings customer services.

Airport Taxi Bookings will accept booking cancellations if providing we receive 72 hours notice beforehand.
There is a cancellation fee of £10 or 10% (whichever is higher) to cover the administration / transaction charge of your journey. All cancellations must be made by contacting us here – https://www.airporttaxibooking.co.uk/contact/
If you do not receive an email from Airport Taxi Bookings confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please contact us here – https://www.airporttaxibooking.co.uk/contact/
Tolls are not included in online booking prices.Our drivers can take the money for any tolls via either cash or card.
